Built so PERM applicants stop guessing
PermQueue is an independent tracker that turns the U.S. Department of Labor's public PERM disclosure data into a personal answer: roughly when your case will be adjudicated.
Our mission
The PERM Labor Certification process is opaque. Applicants know their case number, but rarely know what it means for their wait time. We built PermQueue to turn that uncertainty into a clear, honest estimate — using the same public data anyone can download from the DOL.
Where our data comes from
All estimates are derived from public sources:
- DOL OFLC disclosure data
Quarterly case-level data from the Office of Foreign Labor Certification.
- DOL processing summaries
Monthly PERM processing time and active filing month from DOL.gov.
- Community-reported updates
Anonymized timestamps users contribute when their case status changes.
- Public FLAG portal
Case identifiers issued by the Foreign Labor Application Gateway.
How estimates are calculated
We combine three signals: the active submission month DOL is currently adjudicating, the alphabetical position of your sponsor within that month, and the average daily processing throughput from the last 30 days. The result is a probabilistic range, not a guarantee — DOL workload, RFI rates, and policy changes can all shift the actual outcome.
What PermQueue is not
PermQueue is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor, USCIS, or any government agency. We do not provide legal advice. If you have questions about your immigration case, consult a qualified immigration attorney.
