About PermQueue
PermQueue is an independent project that turns the U.S. Department of Labor's daily PERM disclosure data into a personal estimate. We are not lawyers and we are not affiliated with the DOL or USCIS.
Why we built it
Going through the PERM process is a long wait with very little visibility. The official numbers are buried in spreadsheets that update daily but no one explains in plain language. PermQueue exists to give applicants a clear answer to one question: where am I in the queue today?
How it works
Every business day we ingest the DOL OFLC Performance Data, recompute the active month being processed, the daily throughput and the alphabetical position. With your case number and sponsor name, we estimate where you stand.
