1. Who we are
PermQueue is operated by Luis Henrique Menger Basqueira ("we", "us"). For the personal data described in this notice we act as the data controller. You can reach us at support@permqueue.com.
2. What data we collect and why

Payment card details are collected and processed entirely by our payment provider Paddle. We do not store or ever see your full card number.
3. Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Handles checkout, payments, subscriptions, sales tax, invoices, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — including our cloud database, hosting, and email delivery providers, acting as processors on our behalf.
- Authentication providers — if you sign in with Google, Google receives the fact that you authenticated with us.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers under confidentiality.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data.
5. Retention
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Email delivery and unsubscribe records are retained as required to honor your preferences. Technical logs are kept for a short rolling window for security and debugging.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority.

7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on our own behalf. Third-party embeds (such as Paddle's checkout) may set their own cookies governed by their privacy policies.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
