What we provide
PermQueue is an information tool that estimates PERM wait times using public data published by the U.S. Department of Labor. We do not provide legal advice. Estimates are projections, not guarantees.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed per the plan you choose. Refunds follow our refund policy. You can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Limitation of liability
PermQueue is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the estimates shown. Always validate critical actions with qualified legal counsel.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
