We want PermQueue to be useful. If a paid subscription doesn't work for you, here's how refunds work.
First 14 days
If you are within 14 days of your first paid charge and the service didn't meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 14 days
Beyond 14 days, refunds are evaluated case by case. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How to request
Email refunds@permqueue.com from the address linked to your account. We typically respond within 2 business days.
