30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your most recent payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@permqueue.com and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account page or via your Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period and you will not be billed again. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time outside the 30-day guarantee window.
